Abstract Submission


Abstracts must be submitted by midnight (EDT) June 15, 2013 to be considered for the program.


Abstracts should be written in English, and submitted using the form below. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.  

Please follow these guidelines in preparing your abstract:

  • Check the appropriate button indicating whether you are willing to give an oral presentation, poster presentation, or either.
  • Title (250 characters maximum):

EXAMPLE: (three authors, two affiliations)
 Authors: Smith, Joe (1); Jones, Thomas J (2); Clinton WJ (1)
 Author Affiliations: (1) Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA; (2) Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada

  • Abstract text (250 words maximum).  Insert a blank line between paragraphs.
